A high impact & high intensity Aerobic based class.

Low Impact Intervals

Interval training with low impact focus, no jumping, no burpees. Intensity level can be made easier/harder with variations

Yoga

Variations of using Freestyle Fitness Yoga principles from seated, low level, sun salutations based or flowing routine of strength and stretch. Non impact, weight baring, varying levels of intensity low/medium.

Ab Attack

Abdominal & Core strength and conditioning. Low impact.

Dumbell HIIT

Need a pair of dumbells. Interval training with a combination of dumbell movements and body weight. Medium to high intensity & impact.

Step

Variations of the us of a step for HIIT, choreography or a combination Weekly the mini description will outline what the weeks class is. Medium intensity and impact.

Fast & Furious Fitness

HIghintensity interval training. Includes impact moves and fast moving intervals and less rest. Pushes you to work hard at high speed

TONE

Need a pair of dumbells & kettlebell and optional Step to lye on – floor will suffice. Studio resistance style class to music focussing on muscle toning Low impact. In tensity varies depending on weights selection.


I’ve loved being able to pick and choose what workout I do and at a time that suits me.
