Your teachers Danni & Laura are all X-pole qualified by Xpert Training and are ready to take on absolute beginners all the way through to advanced polers. 

Pole Fitness brings pole dancing into a fitness environment with numerous benefits including improved strength, posture, toning, sculpture, flexibility and can give you a massive boost of confidence and body awareness. It increases stamina and overall can burn many calories too. Most of all it is FUN which is an absolute must at High!

Pole is a progressive activity, there is SO much you can achieve and we are running Pole Fitness on a week by week bookable basis as we do our Antigravity Fitness and Spin classes at Basecamp but we only have 8 spaces available each week and will able to be booked online HERE  Member discounts apply.

Sessions will be of mixed ability and start with a good warm up and conditioning section, it will then progress onto a section of learning new things and being able to practice other moves.  Laura will be able to support those at a high level to achieve goals but also cater for the beginners teaching the basics and progressing them.
