**IMPORTANT NOTICE...PLEASE READ**

Coming up to our 5th year anniversary in our Basecamp home we have decided to implement a couple of changes. This will all take place from Saturday 3rd March 2018.

Firstly, we will be closed on a Sunday. We have worked 7 days a week for a long time now and as the days get nicer weather and longer daylight we would like to have the freedom to take days out.

Also, Saturday's classes will change slightly. We will run 1 x Bootcamp HIIT class at 9am. It will be 45 mins and mostly be body weight but we may change things up, hopefully utilise our cardio equipment and get outdoors more as the weather gets nicer. It will NOT be a weights class just bodyweight & cardio, maybe the odd kettlebell ??.

We will then offer an Open Skills session 9.45 - 11am. This will be an opportunity to work on anything you want with James &/or I to assist. It could be working on a lifting skill, gymnastic movement like muscle ups, a workout you want to do or maybe an opportunity to do an interval set on the Assault Bike, running or rowing.

If there is a demand I will do an Interval Spin at 9.45 for 30 mins.

The gym will remain open as normal 9-12 on a Saturday.

I would like to run a Restorative Antigravity class during the week as this will stop on a Sunday. At the moment we have decided to run this on Wednesdays at 7.30pm alternating weekly with the Antigravity Fitness class. The first & 3rd Weds of each month will be Restorative Antigravity.
