Here you have it, 24 days countdown to Christmas but with a bit of fun and exercise.. If, like my kids, they have been given chocolate calendars by their Nana then get them EARNING IT!  

Each day is a new exercise, do that exercise for the reps/time given then do the previous days and the days before that - each day it gets longer but some of the exercises are SUPER quick so it will jut be a quick blast to wake up the kids and get them going - oh and don't forget to join in with them too!

So day 1 you do 10 Squats, day 2 you do 10 pressups then 10 squats, day 3 is 10 second plank hold - dont count too fast!!! then 10 press ups and 10 squats so every day ends with 10 squats, by day 24 you start with the Burpee, jump and clap above your head and finish on those squats!
