Basecamp Gym

The gym area comprises of the ground floor mostly used for weight training and classes, upstairs on the mezzanine comprises the cardio area. Also used for classes.


Resistance Machines

We have a large matrix cable crossover machine with attachments for many different movements. Also stations for seated row, lat pull down and tricep push down. We have a separate machine for Leg extension and Pec dec.

Free weights

A large selection of 20kg (male) and 15kg (female) Olympic lifting bars and bumper plates and cast iron plates ranging from 25kg, 20kg, 15kg, 10kg, 5kg, 2.5kg, 1.25kg and 0.5kg plates. There is a Power rack enabling adjustment to do squats, bench press, tricep dip bars. We also have a 4 station gymnastics rig for pull ups and other gymnastic moves and space for 4 people to set up a rack for bar work. There is also a rack of dumbells from 5kg to 30kg going up in 2.5kg increments. There is also an area set up as a lifting platform space and blocks to use.

Assault bike, Concept 2 rower, 2 matrix rowers, 1 recline bike, 1 upper body bike, 2 treadmills, 1 cross trainer and 11 Matrix spin bikes.

Glute Ham Developer, range of wall balls, boxes, medicine balls, kettlebells, lighter dumbells, battle rope, sled, strong man log., axle bar.
